01 Gift Box

So the past year has been very rough for me creatively. Some promising career prospects completely fell through and my creative drive took a hit. Some of you might understand the misery that it is to be an artist that can't seem to get anything on the canvas.

My husband has been nudging me to try getting back into painting consistently. And so I'm starting with small things that I can finish in one session of painting to exercise those creative muscles. The item today was a gift box and while it's not be the most innovative piece on earth, I'll be making each item with a little twist that makes it fun for me. My goal is to fall in love with making art again and have fun.
